Cancellation and Refund Procedures

Community Ed. reserves the right to cancel any activity due to insufficient enrollment. Complete refunds will be given if this occurs. If you want to cancel your registration, you must do so no later than 48 hours prior to the start of a class or activity. A cancellation fee of up to $5.00 may be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be given after the start of a class or activity.

Some fees are not refundable or may require more than the 48 hour cancellation notice. An example is a field trip. These activities are expensive and need a minimum number of participants to meet costs.

Class Interest Lists

Community Ed. maintains interest lists of students for future classes. If you cannot get into a class, we will add your name to a list and contact you when the class is rescheduled. If you are interested in learning something that we do not offer or if you or someone you know are interested in teaching a class, please call 218-372-3131 x101

Weather Closings

If school is closed because of bad weather, Community Ed. activities will be cancelled too.
