2020 MLWR Football Spectator Policy
*Maximum fan capacity will be 250 Home and Visitor spectators comprised of family members of players. No community members/students (unless designated as family within the 250 limit) will be admitted.
*No concessions will be sold and no Rebel tailgate party at the field entrance.
*Tickets will be pre sold to Home and Visitor fans. No money will exchange hands at the field entrance. Fans will deposit their pre sold ticket into a basket and name checked off the admittance list that the ticket takers will have at the field entrance. A fan whose name is not on the admittance list will not be admitted to the game.
*Home Fans will enter through the main gate located on the South East side of the field near the ticket/concessions building. The portable toilets located near that entrance will be for the Home fans.
*Visitor Fans will enter through the gate located on the North East side of the field near the Announcing Booth. The portable toilets located near that entrance will be for the Visitor fans.
*Fans should sit in family pods distanced from other pods. No sitting in every other row of bleacher seats that is taped off.
*Parking: Only fans with tickets and on the GAME ADMITTANCE list will be allowed to park in the football field parking lot. No Parking will be allowed on Doe Street along the South end of the football field.
MLWR TICKET PRICES: $5 Adults $2 Students/Sr. Citizens
Home Fan Tickets: Seniors will get up to 5 tickets with all remaining 9th – 11th grade players getting up to 3 tickets. By Tuesday of Home game weeks, players will bring money (exact cash amount or checks made out to ISD 577) to Coach Louzek along with the names of who those tickets will be going to and Coach Louzek will give that player their allotted tickets. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE GAME WITHOUT THEIR NAME BEING ON THE ADMITTANCE LIST.
Visitor Fan Tickets: The visiting team will be allowed to sell 90 tickets at MLWR ticket prices. How those tickets are dispersed is up to the Visiting team AD. By Wednesday of game week at Willow River, the visiting team Athletic Director should email Dave Louzek (dlouzek@isd577.org) with the visitor fan admittance list. NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE GAME WITHOUT THEIR NAME BEING ON THE ADMITTANCE LIST. The Visiting team AD will mail a check (made out to isd 577) for the tickets sold to:
