Our Large Animal Science class toured a local dairy operation. The owners of Birch Creek Dairy, near Denham, lead students around their farm discussing everything from dairy nutrition and feed inputs, to milking cows and raising newborn calves. Pictured here are some of the students with a 1 month old holstein heifer calf in a warm calf hutch. #WRFFA #WeRWillow

A huge Thank You to Aliza from Virna Farm for visiting our Floriculture class. Students learned about her business in Sturgeon Lake and the diverse mix of flowers she grows. She brought in some Dahlia tubers that we were able to learn how to propagate. Thank you for sharing your passion for flowers with us, Aliza! #WRFFA #WeRWillow
